You agree to our terms and conditions in the following ways;

• By enrolling, signing the enrolment contract and by using our services

• By agreeing, bounded by terms and conditions, to make financial arrangements until either parties terminate the agreement in writing

• By understanding Musiart has the right to update or change terms and conditions and you agree to follow them

• All lessons are billed in advance. Failure to meet this will lead to a pause (no lessons) for 1 week - for more info. please refer enrolment contract

• Fees are paid monthly or one week before the first lesson for an early bird discount. 

• All enrolments are ongoing unless either parties terminate in writing 

• Withdrawal must be informed in writing at least a week before your next lesson; however your remaining lessons will not be refunded 

• In the case of student absences, teacher are not obliged to offer a make-up lesson; however, teacher may offer one if schedule allows

• In the case of teacher absences, online lessons or a physical make-up lesson will be arranged unless you confirm in writing/verbally that you do not wish to have a make-up lesson

• Online lessons are offered to students who can not attend a session (individual or group) or when your teacher is ill.  

• Your teacher will help you with your enrolments. While we do not take extra charges, you agree to pay for any incurred fees before the application.
